Service and Maintenance

Procom has a fully equipped workshop with trained and experienced engineers who carry out all programming of new equipment and repairs of equipment from the field.

Our engineers are also mobile and can attend problems reported at customer's sites.

Service is offered on an as required basis or via a maintenance contract. Standard service, is carried out during normal office hours, 8.30 to 5.30 weekdays but not public holidays. Where possible base station problems will receive priority.
