Why Two Way Radio?

Two Way radio systems differ significantly from the familiar “mobile” or cellular phone in a number of key areas that can be decisive for an operator looking into the best option for their mobile communications.

You are in total control of your radio system and are not dependant on third party network operators.
Connection between users is effectively immediate, using push to talk.
Systems provide “all informed” communications i.e. all members of a group will hear the transmission and can participate in the conversations. One to one communications can also be offered.
Running costs are low and predictable, there are no call costs.
Bespoke systems can be provided that can, in addition to speech communication, provide data facilities that can for example be used for machine monitoring, fire alarm notification, man down and people/vehicle location.
